Week of September 18 - September 22

Good evening parents!

We had an exciting day today. We learned what a law was, why we have them, and how they are passed. Students then created their own math games. They brought them home to challenge an adult this weekend. Be prepared! It’s more difficult than it looks! Then, we learned how to do words in motion. Ask them to spell “and” in a motion. It is so fun! We also learned how to do a Word Hunt. Finally, we started publishing our “All About Me” stories and creating our craft.

We are looking for parents who would be interested in volunteering to join our Parent Board. If you are interested, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Please check your snack calendars. I have a lot going on throughout the day and often times forget to remind students. Please, please check the calendar. It is also a good idea to pack your child extra snacks for “just in case.”

Mark your calendar!
